Li Wenxin, Deputy GM and Member of CPC Party Group of China Railway, Visited Kunming Terminal on a T

On the afternoon of September 24th, 2021, Deputy GM and Member of CPC Party Group of China Railway, visited CRIntermodal Kunming Terminal on a trip of survey. Wang Dezhan, GM of CRIntermodal, accompanied the survey on behalf of Zhang Jiyi, the Chairman of Board of both CRCT and CRIntermodal.
Li Wenxin, accompanied by Wang Gengjie, Secretary of CPC Committee and Chairman of China Railway Kunming Group Co., Ltd, and Xiong Chungeng, Director of Board, GM, and Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee, and other relevant leaders, inspected the trial operation of the 95306 New Railway Freight System, and inquired about operation of Kunming Terminal and preparations for the opening of China-Laos Railway.
During the survey, Wang Dezhan, GM of CRIntermodal, delivered reports to Li Wenxin on the trial operation 95306 System, settlement of incidental charges and work position and personnel arrangement, China-Laos Block Train organization, and key works in implementing the requirements of initiating business-increase guidelines that “exploiting the advantageous businesses to the full in order to cover the deficits in other businesses” (short for the “business-promotion moves”) and “sticking to the bottom line of maintaining safe transport and stability, realizing the main yearly goals and stable income-increase for employees” (short for the “bottom-lines and goals” ) advocated by China Railway. Li gave instructions on works concerning the trial operation of 95306 System, the opening of China-Laos Railway Block Train, building Kunming Terminal as a logistics hub and the settlement of freight incidental charges. Meanwhile, he also specified method for settlement for incidental charges for the company and assigned link-up personnel to address the relative works.
For the next step, the company will, through firmly implementing CR’s requirements on business-promotion moves and bottom-lines and yearly goals, following Li’s instructions and adhering to the concept of integrated development, strive to achieve the yearly goals with high-quality and make contribution to a good start of the “14th Five-year Plan” of the railway system.
