New Year Greetings Moving Forward with Determination

Thanks to 2023 and welcome to 2024.
One year may seem to be a long time period, yet time flies without leaving any traces. During the time period, however, with each step forward we renew ourselves .
The year of 2023 was an extraordinary year. As the three-year epidemic finally contained，the comprehensive implementation of the spirit of the 20^th CPC Party Congress was in full swing across China and CRE block train services continued to connect the globe. In the year, focusing on the big picture of railway development，through tremendous efforts in strengthening our core businesses, and effectively improving management capability, CRIntermodal was rewarded the medal of "National Multimodal Transportation Model Project" by the MOT and the NDRC.
During the year of 2023, in accordance with the deployment of China Railway and CRCT, under the leadership of the Board of Directors, our employees, through their hard works conquering all kinds of difficulties through the year, successfully ensured smooth operation of our terminals and achieved historical new high in handling volume which exceeded 6 million TEUs and a series of record-breaking performances in relevant indexes.
During the year of 2023, CRIntermodal focused on safety management, project management and innovation, aiming at constructing railway modernization and accelerating the development of terminals through business transformation and upgrading. Through adhering to the problem-oriented and goal-oriented principle, nailing responsibilities to specific posts, making innovations while maintaining the right duties, the company has constructed a working environment full of "diligent and hardworking, clean and righteous” spirits and a stable work team.
During the year of 2023, aiming at the goal of specialization, modernization and internationalization, the company carried out a comprehensive loading and unloading skill competition and several pilot projects of standardization, which greatly enhanced attraction to intellectuals, effectively strengthened operation foundations, further improved management and service quality and efficiency, and advocated dedication spirits.
During the year of 2023, different departments of headquarters and all branches of CRIntermodal conducted in-depth surveys and researches, combining the “original aspiration and mission” theme education activities, trying to solve existing problems and seek good strategies for safety management, revenue increase, business transformation and upgrading, employee's livelihood, etc., making “doing solid works and solving difficult problems” a self-conscious action of staff.
As we look back to 2023, we see all the past has been settled down; looking forward into 2024, we are full of hope and enthusiasm for the future.
In the new year, adhering to Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, we will continue to enhance CPC leadership in a comprehensive manner and facilitate the “original intentions and mission” theme education activities, in an effort to promote the company's development with quality to a new level.
In the new year, as all our employees working in the spirits of fulfilling one’s commitment and facilitating practical works, adhering to the "1-3-7" goals set at the beginning of the year, CRIntermodal will continue to pursue promoting volume increase between CRIntermodal terminals while maintaining the international volume, promoting new growth while preserving the existing volume, promoting development while ensuring safety, in order to realize effective improvement in service quality and proper volume growth, and successfully achieve the targets set by the Board of Directors.
In the new year, we hope that all our employees will be able to meet the new opportunities and new challenges with full dedication, in an effort to speed up the construction of intelligent terminals, enhance the core competitiveness of the company, and realize our grand goal of modernization of railway development.
